Eight glasses a day was what mom used to preach, but new research shows that it actually depends on the individual. Depending on how active you are, you should probably be drinking about half your body weight in ounces of water. Research at Tufts University has shown that people who are dehydrated are more likely to have a negative mood than those that are properly hydrated.
